The group obtained a turnover of RMB 3.308 billion (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%; the profit attributable to the company's equity holders was RMB 234 million, with a loss of 1,055 million yuan in the same period last year; the adjusted profit of the Company's equity holders should account for a profit of RMB 290 million, a decrease of 36% over the previous year; earnings per share of 7.23 points. It is proposed to pay a final dividend of HK0.8 billion yen per share and a special dividend of HK4.2 cents per share.

After deducting the impact of goodwill impairment of $56.5 million in 2023 (2022: impairment of goodwill of 1,508 million yuan), adjusted operating profit was about 435 million yuan (2022: adjusted operating profit of about 900 million yuan), a year-on-year decrease of 51.7%.
