According to the Zhitong Finance App, Honghua Group (00196) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 5.473 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 22.28% over the previous year; losses attributable to shareholders amounted to 387 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 39.06%; and basic income per share of 5.54 points.

According to the announcement, the Group has seized market opportunities and taken full initiative. Overseas markets with traditional advantages have gradually recovered, the domestic market has been further expanded, and revenue from the land drilling rig sector has increased dramatically. In particular, orders for overseas drilling rigs have increased significantly compared to the previous year.
