According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fuying Global Group (01620) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of HK$103.5 million, up 126% year on year; gross profit of HK$44.2 million, up 96.4% year on year; net profit of HK$2,917 million, net loss of HK$13.802 million in 2022; basic and diluted profit of HK0.2 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to increased revenue generated by the airline ticket distribution division and the travel products and services division. Revenue from the Ticket Distribution Division increased by 93.9% to HK$22.1 million, mainly due to the strong recovery of the tourism industry in the Group's main business regions, increasing ticket sales volume and total ticket sales revenue. The revenue of the Travel Products and Services segment for the year was approximately HK$60.3 million. This is because the Group resumed providing self-operated tours in the first quarter of 2023 after the COVID-19 pandemic abated. For the year ended 31 December 2022, the Group did not report segment revenue for the travel products and services segment due to the suspension of outbound tours due to the COVID-19 outbreak and travel restrictions around the world.
