On March 26, GLONGHUI | Feida Holdings (01100.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, revenue was approximately HK$1.42 billion, down 24.3% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was approximately HK$118 million, a decrease of 39.6% year on year; basic profit per share was 27.5473 HK cents, with a proposed final dividend of HK6 cents per share.

In 2023, the Group used its excellent rapid production and delivery capabilities, accepted a significant number of rapid orders with high sales prices, and made efforts to streamline management and improve efficiency. Remarkable results were achieved in cost control, and gross margin remained stable during the year. Meanwhile, the new plant in Mexico was completed and put into operation in mid-December, laying a good foundation for the Group to further develop its advantages in rapid production and gain a greater market share in the headwear market.
