The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2.20 (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares. The total cash dividend will be RMB 76.78 million, accounting for 30.05% of the net profit attributable to common shareholders of the parent company in the 2023 consolidated statement. The remaining undistributed profit will be distributed in the year after carrying over. Cash dividends are denominated and announced in RMB, paid to A-share shareholders in RMB and to H-share shareholders in HKD.
