On March 26, GLONGHUI | MODERN DENTAL (03600.HK) announced its annual results. For the year ended December 31, 2023, annual revenue was approximately HK$3.172 billion, an increase of about 12.1% over the previous year. Annual gross profit was approximately HK$1,701 million, up about 22.9% year on year, and gross margin rose to 53.6%; EBITDA was about HK$694 million, up about 49.9% year on year; net profit was approximately HK$402 million, up about 82.4% year on year. Basic profit per share was HK42.4 cents, with a proposed final dividend of HK9.0 cents per share.

For the year ended 31 December 2023, the number of digital solution cases (overseas and domestic) produced by the Group in mainland China (excluding digitization solution cases produced by the Group's non-mainland Chinese production plants or overseas/satellite dental laboratories) increased to about 857,064, an increase of 55.9% over the same period in 2022 (approximately 549,736) due to more customers using intraoral scanners.
