Gelonghui, March 26, 丨 Pan Asia Environmental Protection (00556.HK) announced that in its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group achieved total revenue of RMB 220.3 million, an increase of 41.6% over the RMB 155.6 million recorded in 2022, mainly due to the Group's vigorous business development and continued growth in demand for environmental protection and low-carbon solutions. The Group turned a loss into a profit and recorded profit attributable to the owners of the company of RMB 1.5 million, compared with a net loss of RMB 900,000 for the year ended 31 December 2022. Basic and diluted earnings per share were RMB 0.17 points (2022: basic and diluted loss per share was RMB 0.11 points).

In order to strengthen business diversification, enrich product portfolios, and provide accelerated computing services to enterprises applying advanced technology, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chengdu Qingshu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chengdu Qingshu”), a Chinese company focusing on research and application of big data and intelligent computing, in September 2023. With the respective technical expertise of both parties, this strategic cooperation is expected to enable the Group to further explore market opportunities in the accelerated computing industry.
