According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongan Group (00672) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 14.49 billion (same unit), an increase of 56.64% over the previous year; profit attributable to the owner of the parent company was 479 million yuan, an increase of 156.75% year on year; profit per share was 8.5 percent.

The confirmed revenue of the properties delivered by the Group in fiscal year 2023 was approximately $13.692 billion (2022: approximately $8.519 billion), an increase of about 60.7%. This is due to the increase in the total floor area of the properties delivered by the Group in fiscal year 2023 from about 365,800 square meters to about 718,200 square meters, an increase of about 96.3%, so the amount that can be included in the confirmed revenue for fiscal year 2023 also increased accordingly.

In fiscal year 2023, the Group has confirmed that the average sales price per square meter was about 19066.7 yuan, which is about 18.1% lower than the previous year's approximately 23,291.2 yuan.
