As of December 31, 2023, the group has a total of 138 contract projects, with a contract area of about 20.8 million square meters, covering 19 cities and seven provinces in China. As of December 31, 2023, the Group has 113 projects under management, with an area of about 16.43 million square meters, covering 12 cities and 3 provinces in China.

According to reports, during the reporting period, revenue from property management services reached about 261 million yuan, an increase of 16.8% over the previous year. On December 31, 2023, the total construction area under management by the Group was about 16.4 million square meters, an increase of about 3.6 million square meters over about 12.8 million square meters in the same period in 2022, with a growth rate of 28.1%. This increase is mainly due to an increase in the number of projects delivered by independent third-party real estate developers, as well as an increase in the remaining group's business.

Most of the revenue from the company's property management services comes from services provided to the remaining properties developed by the Group. As of December 31, 2023, the company had 53 (2022:41) property projects under management developed by the remaining groups, with a total construction area of about 8 million square meters (2022:6.8 million square meters).
