Gelonghui, March 26, 丨 Zhongan Smart Life (02271.HK) announced that for the full year ended December 31, 2023, the Group achieved revenue of approximately RMB 350 million, an increase of 9.82% over the same period in 2022. The Group's revenue comes from three main business areas: (i) property management services; (ii) value-added services mainly for real estate developers; and (iii) community value-added services. Profit attributable to owners of parent companies decreased by about 3% from approximately RMB 50.8 million in the same period in 2022 to approximately RMB 49.3 million during the reporting period. Basic and diluted earnings per share attributable to holders of common shares in the parent company is RMB11.2 cents per share (2022: RMB13.4 per share).

On December 31, 2023, the total construction area under management by the Group was about 16.4 million square meters, an increase of about 3.6 million square meters over about 12.8 million square meters in the same period in 2022, with a growth rate of 28.1%. This increase is mainly due to increased project delivery by independent third party real estate developers, as well as an increase in the remaining group's business.
