Zhitong Finance App learned that FTFT.US (FTFT.US), a leading comprehensive financial and digital technology service provider, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary FTFT Super Computing Power Company (“FTFT Super Computing Power”) has signed a cryptocurrency mine escrow agreement (“Agreement”) with Teracrypto Technology LLC (“Teracrypto”). The agreement agreed that FTFT Super Computing Power's cryptocurrency mine in Novak, Ohio, USA will provide mining machine hosting services for Teracrypto.

Teracrypto mining machines include models such as the Antminer S19j Pro. FTFT supercomputing power will provide them with up to 3.0 megawatts of load power. The final server load will be based on the actual number of miners installed, and the monthly hosting service fee will be calculated based on the actual electricity consumption of the Teracrypto mining machine multiplied by the unit hosting fee. FTFT supercomputing power is responsible for providing the mine site, the installation, testing and operation of the mining rig, and providing continuous power supply for the mining machine. The agreement is valid from March 15, 2024 to February 28, 2026, and the escrow fee will be calculated from the date of actual startup.
