According to Zhitong Finance App, Beijing Jingkelong (00814) announced that Dahua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (Dahua) has been the company's auditor since the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2019 held on June 23, 2020. The board of directors believes that replacing auditors in a timely manner will help strengthen the independence of auditors and maintain good corporate governance, which is in line with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders, and therefore will not recommend the renewal of Dahua's auditors for the year ended December 31, 2024. Meanwhile, Dahua will retire as the company's auditor at the end of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Furthermore, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors recommended that Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) be appointed as the company's new auditor. The term of office starts at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders and ends at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2024, but only after the shareholders approve it in the form of an ordinary resolution at the recent annual general meeting of shareholders before doing so.
