The group achieved total operating income of 9.468 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 0.77%; net loss to mother of 756.751 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.23%; and a basic loss of 0.18 yuan per share.

According to the announcement, during the reporting period, the Group's other business revenue increased from 880 million yuan to 977 million yuan in 2022, an increase of about 11.0%, mainly due to the reduction of rent income for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in accordance with national policies during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022 and the reduction in wholesale and retail business promotion activities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, adjustments to the e-commerce product structure led to a decline in revenue from some e-commerce product promotion services, while normal rent collection resumed during the reporting period, and promotion activities gradually returned to normal.
