On March 26, Ge Longhui (605162.SH) released its 2023 annual report. During the reporting period, it achieved operating income of 956 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.96%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 149 million yuan, up 28.20% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 126 million yuan, up 9.28% year on year; and basic earnings per share were 0.37 yuan.

The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 1.80 (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares based on the total share capital on the day the equity distribution was implemented. There will be no capital increase from the capital reserve fund, and no bonus shares.
