Gelonghui, March 26, 丨 Dongying You (06882.HK) announced that the board of directors of the company was informed by Mr. Yuan Wenying (Chairman and Executive Director) and Mr. Liang Chengzhao (Executive Director) that (i) the change in shares of the controlling shareholders of the company was completed on March 26, 2024; and (ii) the executive director of the Corporate Finance Department of the Securities and Futures Affairs Supervisory Commission issued a confirmation letter on February 19, 2024, confirming that no full offer liability will arise due to changes in shares.

Although Li Kang is no longer the single largest shareholder managed by Yao Teng, the number of shares in Yao Teng management held or controlled by Mr. Yuan's family members (jointly) remains the same and is still around 30.32%. The total number of shares in Yao Teng Management held by members of Mr. Leung's family has not changed due to changes in equity. Therefore, despite the change in equity, according to the definition of the Takeover Code, Yaoteng is still a company controlled by members of Mr. Yuan's family.
