According to Zhitong Finance App, Far East Development (00035) announced that the Stock Exchange has approved the listing and trading of Palasino shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange.

Following the completion of the global offering (including priority sale), Palasino was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange on March 26, 2024; and Palasino shares began trading on the main board of the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on March 26, 2024. Palasino shares will be traded with 1,000 Palasino shares per lot, the stock code is 2536.

After the completion of the global offering (including the priority offering) (assuming that the over-allotment rights are not exercised), the company will indirectly control a total of approximately 73.21% of Palasino's total issued share capital through its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
