公司于近日收到湖南省汉寿县人民法院出具的《民事裁定书》（（2024）湘0722破申1号），获悉公司子公司湖南厚普的债权人严付建以湖南厚普无法清偿到期债务且资产不足以清偿全部债务为由，向湖南省汉寿县人民法院申请对湖南厚普破产清算。严付建同时为湖南厚普股东及总经理，持有湖南厚普11%股权。
