The contracted sales volume of construction area was about 83,300 square meters and the average sales price of the contract was about RMB 14,201 per square meter.
In the nine months ending September 30, 2019, the Group achieved total contracted sales of approximately RMB 15.868 billion, an increase of 61.9% over the previous year. The contracted sales volume of construction area was about 815,600 square meters and the average sales price of the contract was about RMB 19,456 per square meter.
In September 2019, the Group achieved investment property leasing contracts amounting to approximately RMB 166 million, and the contracted leasing area of about 18,700 square meters. The rental period for such investment properties ranges from one to seven years. For the nine months ending September 30, 2019, the Group achieved investment property leasing contracts of approximately RMB 637 million, and the contracted leased area was approximately 74,000 square meters.
