According to the Zhitong Finance App, SIS INT'L (00529) announced the annual results for the year ended 21/31/2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$9.068 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.73%; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$887.19 million, an increase of 99.55%; basic profit per share was 31.9 HK cents; and a final dividend of HK2 cents per share was proposed.

The announcement said that due to reduced demand for smart phones, the distribution industry is facing a decline in revenue, reflecting similar trends in both the Thai and Hong Kong markets, resulting in total distribution revenue falling from HK$8.978 billion to HK$8.757 billion. The Group will continue to diversify and expand the distribution business of IT products and value-added services.
