Gelonghui, March 25, 丨 Shell Electric (02381.HK) announced that for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group's operating revenue was HK$232.9 million, a year-on-year decrease of HK$21.6 million or 8.5%. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lower sales volume. Profit attributable to company owners was HK$20.8 million, a decrease of HK$1.6 million or 7.1% compared to HK$22.4 million in the previous year. The Board of Directors of the Company recommended a final dividend of HK0.5 cents per common share (2022: HK1.0 cents).
