The group achieved a profit of HK$337.78 million during the period, an increase of 0.3% over the previous year; the company owner should have accounted for an annual loss of HK$72.84 million, an increase of 15.02% over the previous year; the basic loss per share was HK$6.48.

According to the announcement, the losses for the 2023 fiscal year were mainly due to fair value losses of about HK$50.4 million from investment properties and the resulting financing costs of about HK$43.4 million.
