According to the Zhitong Finance App, Beijing Holdings City Resources (03718) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 5,058 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 18.91%; profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 284 million, an increase of 19.35% over the previous year; basic profit per share of 7.91 points; and proposed to distribute a final dividend of HK1.5 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in total revenue was mainly due to the increase in revenue from the Group's urban services. For the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group obtained total revenue from urban services of approximately RMB 4,343.6 billion (year ended December 31, 2022: RMB 3,460.9 billion). As of December 31, 2023, the Group had a total of 186 urban service projects (December 31, 2022:152).
