On March 25, Ge Longhui | Beijing Holdings Urban Resources (03718.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group recorded revenue of approximately RMB 5,057.6 billion, an increase of about 18.9% over the previous year. Profit attributable to the company's shareholders during the year was approximately RMB 284.7 million, an increase of about 19.3% over the previous year. Basic and diluted earnings per share were approximately RMB 7.91 cents, with a proposed final dividend of HK1.5 cents per share. The annual dividend was HK2.7 cents, and the dividend payment ratio was approximately 30.7%.

For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group won 52 new urban service projects (2022:35 projects) through public tenders. The total contract value and estimated annual revenue were approximately RMB 5.4 billion and RMB 1 billion respectively.
