Glonghui March 22 | Italia Holdings (00720.HK) announced that for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Property Investment Division recorded rental income of HK$31.7 million (2022: HK$28.1 million) from the Group's rental properties to third parties in Hong Kong and Scotland. The losses attributable to shareholders of the company were HK$179.3 million (2022: HK$63.4 million), mainly due to an unrealised fair value loss of HK$120.6 million of investments in an associated company measured through profit and loss, and a fair value loss of HK$52.6 million in investment properties.
