龍記集團(00255.HK)公布，將公司的英文名稱由「Lung Kee (Bermuda) Holdings Limited」更改為「Lung Kee Group Holdings Limited」；及採納「龍記集團控股有限公司」作為公司的中文第二名稱。建議更改公司名稱生效後，公司將不再使用「龍記(百慕達)集團有限公司」作為目前僅用於識別的中文名稱。
建議更改公司名稱須待股東於股東週年大會上通過特別決議案批准建議更改公司名稱；及百慕達公司註冊處處長批准建議更改公司名稱後，方可作實。
