Zhitong Finance App News, Weiyali (00854) and the offender Hong Kong Yachuang Taixin Electronics Co., Ltd. jointly announced that on March 6, 2024, the offeror has submitted relevant documents to the China Anti-Monopoly Administration (including the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and relevant market supervisors authorized by it) to review the anti-monopoly or concentrated operator offers, and is awaiting a response from the China Anti-Monopoly Administration.

As of the date of this joint announcement, none of the prerequisites have been met. The Offeror and the Company will continue to work hard to meet the prerequisites. Further announcements will be issued in due course in accordance with the Takeovers Code and the Singapore Code after the pre-conditions are met and the date of dispatch of the offer documents and the board circular are implemented.
