順豪物業(00219.HK)與順豪控股(00253.HK)聯合公布，順豪物業之附屬Miluda以總代價2.07億元，向Samsbury Investments購入香港薄扶林道128號Jessville Manor物業(譚雅士大宅)。
該物業總建築面積為12,288平方呎及該等物業之總內部實用面積為9,805平方呎。
順豪物業認為，收購事項為拓展及多元化香港物業投資之絕佳投資機會，使集團加強其對香港物業的戰略投資。
