公告显示，该信托在过去一年中实现收益人民币7.32亿元，同比增长26.8%。然而，尽管收益增长，公司单位持有人应占除税后亏损达到7754万元，相比之下去年同期则实现了2835万元的溢利。
此外，春泉产业信托宣布可供分派的收入总额为2.52亿元，较上一财年同比减少了13.8%。每个基金单位的分派金额定为19港仙。
