According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fuying Global Group (01620) announced that the Group expects to make a profit before tax of not less than HK$5 million for the year ending December 31, 2023 (2022: loss of HK$14.9 million before income tax).

According to the announcement, the significant improvement was mainly driven by an increase of approximately 126.1% or HK$57.7 million in the Group's revenue compared to last year. There are many factors behind the increase in earnings, but the main reasons are: the strong recovery of tourism in the Group's main areas of operation; and the Group's business in the Greater Bay Area began to generate revenue this year.
