According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chunquan Industrial Trust (01426) released results for the year ended December 31, 2023, with revenue of RMB 732 million (same per unit), up 26.8% year on year; unitholders should be responsible for losses of 77.54 million yuan after tax, with profit of 28.35 million yuan in the same period last year; total revenue available for distribution was 252 million yuan, a decrease of 13.8% year on year; each fund unit distributed 19 HK cents.

At the end of this year, Chunquan Industrial Trust's net property revenue increased by 23.3% year-on-year due to the annual contribution brought by the Huizhou shopping mall “Huamao Tiandi”. However, operating income was offset by a sharp increase in borrowing costs during the year, resulting in total revenue available for distribution of $252 million (FY2022: $293 million).
