Gelonghui, March 21 | Jinli Group (03919.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the company recorded revenue of approximately HK$270.28 million, a decrease of approximately 18.16% over the previous year. The losses attributable to the company's shareholders for the year were approximately HK$10.92 million (2022: approximately HK$22.79 million), mainly due to the combined effects of: (i) revenue decreased by approximately HK$59.97 million, resulting in a decrease in gross profit of approximately HK$0.79 million compared to the previous year; but offset by (ii) reduced exchange losses compared to 2022; (iii) a reduction in fair value losses on the Group's investment property rights; and (iv) an increase in rental income from investment properties held by the Group.
