According to a preliminary assessment of the Group's latest available unaudited comprehensive management accounts, including fair value change losses of about HK$106 million (FY2022: HK$154 million) of financial assets included in fair value; and expected credit losses of approximately HK$24 million (FY2022: HK$28 million). The Group expects to achieve a net consolidated loss of not less than HK$103 million in fiscal year 2023.
