花旗發表報告指，受惠一次性收益，港華智慧能源(01083.HK)去年純利按年升63.2%至15.75億元，高於市場預期18%；營運利潤按年升12%至19.19億元，其中燃氣業務按年升0.4%至18.41億元，可再生能源業務轉錄得盈利7,800萬元，末期息按年升7%至每股0.16元。該行表示，將公司今年及明年利潤預測分別下調0.2%及5.5%，其目標價由4.2元下調至4元，估值不高，維持「買入」評級。
