证券时报网讯，华福证券研报指出，化工供给侧约束有望提高行业盈利中枢，利好龙头。随着节能减排新政的逐步落地，以能效水平为衡量基准逐步实现对低效产能的改造及出清，形成对炼油、煤化工上游等高耗能行业的供给侧约束。中长期看，相应的行业盈利中枢有望逐步上行，而能效优胜劣汰机制下，乙二醇、纯碱、电石、磷肥等行业龙头公司有望长期受益。
