According to reports, the main reason for the decline in revenue was due to differences in the delivery schedule of real estate projects, which led to a year-on-year decrease of 323.3 million yuan in the Group's property sales revenue for the current period. Meanwhile, retail business revenue increased 71.4 million yuan year over year, and hotel business revenue increased 94.5 million yuan year over year.
