The Zhitong Finance App learned that the China Construction Machinery Industry Association disclosed the January-February construction machinery product import and export report. From January to February 2024, China's construction machinery import and export trade volume was US$7.856 billion, an increase of 6.3% over the previous year. Among them, imports amounted to US$382.5 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.33%; exports amounted to US$7.473 billion, an increase of 6.67% year-on-year.

According to customs data, in January 2024, China's construction machinery import and export trade volume was US$4.313 billion, up 5.21% year on year, of which: import value was US$201 million, up 3.01% year on year; export value was US$4.112 billion, up 5.32% year on year. In February 2024, imports and exports totaled US$3,543 billion, up 7.66% year on year. Among them: imports amounted to US$181 million, down 3.79% year on year; exports amounted to US$3.362 billion, up 8.36% year on year.

Based on the export value in RMB, the export volume in January was 29.19 billion yuan, up 8.18% year on year; export value in February was 23.895 billion yuan, up 14.9% year on year. The cumulative export volume in January-February was 53,085 billion yuan, up 11.1% year on year.
