According to Zhitong Finance App, Guokai International Investment (01062) announced that Fan Renda's term as an independent non-executive director of the company will expire on March 20, 2024. Dr. Fan will also retire as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee of the Company's Board of Directors. Dr Fan has confirmed that he has no intention of continuing his current term in order to spend more time on other work arrangements.

Fang Xuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Board's Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from March 20, 2024.
