According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ricoh Biotech (02179) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved other revenue and revenue of 101 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 32.05%; loss attributable to shareholders was 572 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 20.86%; and a basic loss of 1.19 yuan per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in other revenue and revenue was due to a reduction of 97.6 million yuan in exchange income from foreign currency transactions; an increase of 21.6 million yuan in interest income; and an increase of 25.1 million yuan in government subsidies.
