The deal was finalized through a share purchase agreement involving the issuance of DLT shares valued at $0.005 each. Moreover, the agreement includes Earn-Out Payments that hinge on the future financial performance of the acquired entities, potentially increasing the vendors’ shareholding based on gross profit milestones. The recent appointment of Charles Brofman as Director, General Counsel, and Secretary, with his extensive legal and entrepreneurial background, is expected to significantly bolster DLT Resolution’s growth and strategic direction.
