It is expected to obtain a loss attributable to the company owner of about RMB 40 million for the year ended December 31, 2023, and profit attributable to the company owner of about RMB 7.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2022. The decrease in expected profit is mainly due to the decline in gross margin of revenue from the Group's property development division due to the implementation of real estate policies relating to housing prices by several provincial governments in China from time to time; and the net land value-added tax rebate for completed projects for the year ended 31 December 2022 was approximately RMB 31 million.
