According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lai Fung Holdings (01125) announced results for the six months ended January 31, 2024, with a turnover of HK$1,409 million, up 40.6% year on year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$174.5 million, a decrease of 1.4% year on year; and a basic loss of HK$0.527 per share.

The increase in turnover during the period was mainly due to an increase in revenue from rent, property sales and theme park operations during the review period compared to the same period last year.
