Zhitong Finance App News, Huiying Holdings (00821) announced that the company and Huiying Securities Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) carried out a series of sales on the open market during the relevant period and sold a total of 15.41 million shares of Hongguang Semiconductor at a total cost of about HK$16.88 million (excluding stamp duty and related expenses). After review, the Group expects to confirm the unaudited realized loss (excluding stamp duty and related expenses) of the sale of approximately HK$81.28 million.

After the sale was completed, the group held 2,044,000 shares of Hongguang Semiconductor. The Group may continue to sell its remaining shares in Hongguang Semiconductor.
