宏安地产（01243）及宏安集团（01222）联合公布，于2024年3月18日，宏安地产的间接全资附属公司Twist Pioneer Limited拟向Walter Asset Management Limited转让本金金额为650万美元的绿景债券，转让代价为625万美元。因应转让，宏安地产预期于截至2024年3月31日止财政年度确认亏损约662万港元。
