Gelonghui, March 19 | Kelda (688255.SH) recently said during a survey reception from institutional investors that the company is currently one of the few high-tech enterprises in China with independent research and development, autonomous and controllable industrial robot core technology and high-end welding core technology.
In terms of industrial robot technology, in 2023, the company launched the KC30, a next-generation industrial robot controller. The controller uses a “new motion control” algorithm that maintains smooth movement at high speeds. The algorithm can calculate the optimal planning curve based on the robot state, can significantly improve the comprehensive motion control performance of self-produced robots such as movement speed, motion stability and accuracy, and the manufacturing cost of the KC30 controller is superior to the previous generation controller, thus greatly improving the market competitiveness of the company's self-produced robot products.
In terms of high-end welding core technology, the company has successively launched two major series of products: ultra-low spatter welding and servo welding. Among them, the servo welding system can achieve ultra-thin plate welding, increase welding speed, reduce the amount of splash in high-current welding, and further reduce the requirement for protective gas, which can greatly reduce customer usage costs. Currently, products related to servo welding are well used in the fields of automobiles (including new energy vehicles), spare parts, photovoltaic energy storage, medical devices, etc.
