The sub-fund was established on March 6, 2018 and is managed by Gao Teng International Asset Management Co., Ltd., which was jointly established by Tencent and Hillhouse. It was granted the No. 9 license of the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission on April 28th and the No. 4 license of the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission on June 14, 2018. Gao Teng International integrates the excellent investment ability of Hillhouse and Tencent's leading Internet technology, and has a first-class investment team with Qiu Guolu as the core.
II. Investment objectives
The main investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek capital preservation while providing high returns by mainly investing in money markets and debt instruments denominated in Hong Kong dollars, US dollars or RMB.
III. Investment strategy
It aims to achieve its investment goals by investing at least 85% of its net asset value in various deposits, commercial paper of leading companies and other money market instruments. The sub-fund can invest no more than 15 per cent of its net asset value in debt securities.

IV. Characteristics of investment portfolio
1. There are no specific geographical allocation regulations for the issuing countries of debt securities or deposits and will not invest in emerging markets outside China.
2. It will not invest in convertible bonds, nor will it invest in instruments with loss-absorbing characteristics.
3. Invest only in instruments rated up to investment grade.
4. The Sub-Fund will not invest more than 10 per cent of its recently available net assets in securities issued or guaranteed by any single sovereign issuer with a credit rating below investment grade or not rated, including its government, public or local authorities.
5. The Sub-Fund can only use derivatives for hedging purposes. Any investment not denominated in Hong Kong dollars will be hedged into Hong Kong dollars to reduce foreign exchange risk.
