Gelonghui, March 18, 丨 Yixintang (002727.SZ) announced that the company held the 7th meeting of the 6th board of directors on March 18, 2024 to review and pass the “Proposal on Foreign Investment by Henan Hongxiang Yixintang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire a controlling interest in Yixintang State Control Pharmacy Henan Chain Co., Ltd.” (“Henan Yixintang”) for foreign investment to obtain a controlling interest in Yixintang State Control Pharmacy Henan Chain Co., Ltd. (“Henan Yixintang”). Among them: Henan Yixintang used 558.663 million yuan of its own capital to acquire 43.2730% of Yixintang Guowang shares held by Beijing Jiurui Tiancheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Jiurui”); with own capital of 7.3937 million yuan, Wang Guochun transferred 5.7270% of Yixintang State Control's shares. After this share transfer, Henan Yixintang held 51% of Yixintang Guowang's shares.
