According to the provisions of US Federal Regulation 19CFR 351.225, the US Department of Commerce decided to withdraw the scope investigation it initiated on August 7, 2023 on steel wheels with a diameter of 12 to 16.5 inches using Chinese wheel components in Vietnam.

During this scope investigation, due to the uncertainty of the survey results, some downstream importers suspended the import of wheel products from Vietnam's Xinchangcheng, which had a certain adverse impact on the company's sales revenue in 2023. The US Department of Commerce's decision to withdraw the scope of investigation will help dispel the concerns of downstream importers, facilitate the further recovery of Vietnam's new Changcheng orders, and will also have a positive impact on the company's overall overseas business layout in the future.
