The construction is currently not at the point where it can be delivered. As of the date of this announcement, the company's coke oven assets have not yet begun production.

At the same time, Shanxi Jinyan Energy Jiarun Co., Ltd., an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a coke cooperative production agreement with Energy Technology to agree on the principles of production cooperation. As of the date of this announcement, the Group has begun a trial cooperation with Energy Technology to meet the needs of the company's customers by providing raw materials for energy technology production through energy technology, and then processing it into coke from energy technology and then selling it to its customers.

If this cooperative trial confirms the smooth progress of all aspects, Energy Jiarun may further enter into long-term agreements with Energy Technology to meet the needs of the company's customers before the company's coke oven assets are officially put into operation.

On the one hand, the board of directors of the company will work to put the coke oven assets into production as soon as possible; on the other hand, it will also enable the company to resume the company's general business through this production cooperation.
