On March 18, GLONGHUI | Central New Energy (01735.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's revenue was approximately HK$4,028 billion, up about 149.6% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was approximately HK$66.3 million (previous reporting year: loss attributable to company owners was approximately HK$27.8 million), with basic and diluted earnings per share of approximately HK$1.57 million.

The Group recorded gross profit of approximately HK$172.8 million in the reporting year, an increase of approximately 455.6% over the previous reporting year of approximately HK$31.1 million. The increase was mainly due to the New Energy and EPC division's 2GW module and 6GW battery production capacity at full load during the reporting year, and sales of N-type batteries and photovoltaic modules increased.
