Gelonghui March 17 | Tefa Information (000070.SZ) announced that from February 7, 2024 to March 11, 2024, 70% of the shares of the holding subsidiary Sichuan Huatuo were publicly listed and transferred on the Shenzhen Joint Property Exchange, with a reserve price of 117.3712 million yuan.

On March 12, 2024, the company received the “Organizational Agreement Notice” issued by the Shenzhen Joint Property Exchange. During the public listing period, it obtained an intended transferee, Guangdong Aofei Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aofei Data”). After review by the Shenzhen Joint Property Exchange, it was confirmed that Aofei Data met the conditions of the transfer.

On March 15, 2024, the company and Aofei Data signed a “Property Transaction Contract” for the share transfer. The transfer price was RMB 117.3712 million. After the equity transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Sichuan Huatuo, and Sichuan Huatuo will no longer be included in the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.
